Spanning a total of 8 hours and placing 362nd out of 1440 participants, I utilized my knowledge participating in the Department of Defense' Skillbridge program in challenge categories of OSINT, Web Exploitation, Digital Forensics, and Reverse Engineering. I had a ton of fun solving these complex challenges. I learned many new techniques and had the opportunity to reflect on my skills, my time management, and think of ways to improve upon my mistakes.
Participating in the DT Cyber Games 2024 was a blast! Also spanning 8 hours, I solo placed 10th out of 60 different teams and 4th in individual contributions to each team. While I had the opportunity to create a team, I wanted to challenge myself & see how I would fare alone. I believe I did a great job as this was my very first capture the flag, and definitely not my last. I completed challenges in the following categories: OSINT, Cryptography, Web Exploitation, Reverse Engineering, DFIR, and Reconnaissance.
